Yankee/Evan/Strong Admin Abuse

How did he/she abuse (See TOS):
On sorrento at 80k yankee freezes me for no reason as i was parachuting towards the boats... (there's also a bunch of teamkilling going on throughout the whole map)
on ze_saw player named unexplained asks admins not to kick him while in spec, (server isnt full, and unex did say anything to the admins before this) strongfield proceeds to kick him (for the "lulz" i assume) unexplained comes back and tells admins to suck his dick for kicking him, (mind you that the admins started his fight, not unexplained) evan then says "you cant talk to me like that" and bans unex for 4 hours for "admin disrespect" without a warning or slay or even a kick beforehand.

for whatever reason i couldnt see admin commands in chat or console while reviewing the demos, is it still possible for someone to pull them up?

I just understood the guy wrong. I thougt he wants to get kicked because he can eat his melon while afk. It was just an misunderstanding. He came back and you guys told me...

In true in he means dont kick him because hes eating a melon and doesnt have the time to play.
So I just read it wrong and maked a mistake

I saw that strong kicked him, which for a reason I don't know (perhaps he did read chat wrong, which happens sometimes). I was talking while all this was happening and he was curing at all the admins, so instead of it being just 1 admin he said it to, he said it to all the admins, so I put the correct amount of time for it adding up if he were to say it to 3 admins. Yeah, a different approach to the situation should have been done, but i'm just doing what I have learned from other admins, which I can see landed this abuse thread. I can't blame other admins for my mistake though.

Core, have separate threads per admin, this way clan can give each warn, punishments etc accordingly without having it all clustered.
