I am inclined for a week ban, because E-Tard is generally not an issue, His last ban was well over a year ago and that was for something unrelated.

Sometimes you're just having a bad day, week, etc. Sometimes, admins just piss you off. Sometimes, people just piss you off. This is know very well. Give yourself a break from this game, E. Chill out and come back when you're feeling less angry. Admins should give him a chance, and if it's a problem after this, then move.

I would make it a 1 month ban to give him time to cool off along with showing this kind of behavior isn't to be tolerated as it has been going on nearly every time he joins, his in server behavior is the same as terminals was, clan has spoken so we shall see if the behavior persists.
