that's a lie, it was made up by PALM PR people.
iPhones don't explode they don't have enough power in them too.
@res nope there company property, so I can't sell them but I can abuse the hell out of them and just give it back to IT.
plus they don't care, if I could show you the closet where IT keeps all the cell phones, you would be amazed at how many phones are just stored in a room. I'm surprised the only thing locking it is a deadbolt.

iPhone FTW people. Can't knock it if you never owned one. I can't live without mine. It's always within reach everywhere I go.![]()
lol RES, I've had the first gen iPhone, the 3G iPhone and now have the 32GB 3GS.
I've had one since the first day they came out.
that's my personal phone but for work I choose to use a PALM Treo PRO.
I have to be reachable at all times and that includes email, IM's and text's.
corporate life is rough man.

Werd. Picked up my 3GS a month ago. I had a first gen and the 3GS made it look dog piss slow in every way.
Plus crackberry doesnt have an app for that.

I got a Pearl when they first came out with T-mobile, since I needed a GSM phone for a trip to Eastern France and Switzerland. They're great to keep on top of emails and keeping contacts/calendar handy, but I found it made me make decisions too quickly and respond to things hastily.
After a year and a half, I got so tired of the added confusion from the "conveinence of email on the go" that I sold it on Ebay and bought the cheapest, ugliest phone they had.
Been happy ever since!
I have no idea how people can put up with IM and email on their phones.
God, I feel like such an old geezer saying all of this.
P.S. Internet access isn't free on any cell phone network.
