first off getcha, don't be like autumn please use a font color that I can read with out damaging my eyes. actually I have been in the ZM server lately when I can't get people into the PUB. the problems are still the same, mic spammers, cade breakers and people who ztele away from zombies. usually its james that explains the rules to the new players and I'm the one who just bans them after they don't listen or refuse to listen.

the Zombie Mod is nothing new to CS:S, there are like 4 other ZM server I see on my master list. ZM rules are pretty basic and global, no mic spamming, no cade breaking and don't teleport to avoid being tagged. unless someone is brand new to CS:S and a zombie mod. I don't know why other admins are so nice to rule breakers with only kicks and mutes and 5-30 minute bans.

if you wanna fix the problems on ZM the first thing that has to happens is the core group of admins have to agree with each other and right now its hard. it was easier when the only admins on were james, hobo, mastagunz, res, anex, HOLY SH** and I, cause we all agreed with each other on how to solve problems and could count on each other. now we have so many new admins I don't even know all there names and how they operate as an admin.

we really need that new admin system with admin ranks ZERO.

It's hard to say you had an agreed upon system when clan members don't even agree with your methods.

Besides, you are the only one in that group that I know of who starts off with seven day bans. That isn't close to a consensus on how to deal with rule-breaker.s

how would you know christmas?? you weren't an admin at that time. we all knew how each admin operated and the method of punishment, your right I do always start with 7 days but I wasn't always the first one to punish someone.

just cause NYS states that a 7 day ban is to harsh doesn't mean he disagree's with me. if he did than he would tell me to stop.

Of course if I was when I wasn't admin you would have banned me for breaking the rules so brazenly. But you never did. Just one or two mutes. When I was using HLS much more than I do now. Also considering you use your mic much more than I do. So I am not afraid of your empty threat.

Btw, watch what you say in the servers from now on. You are not an admin this month, and I would not feel any remorse banning you for admin disrespect.

this is a very smart and true statement.

I'm not an admin so I don't have the full picture. Is there an ADMIN only sub-forum here where it's only view/postable by admins? If not, I feel there should be one. It really makes all the admins look bad when they arent' all on the same page with the rules and punishment methods, in my opinion. Also, when one admin has a beef with another admin and it ends up on the forums, then it should be viewed and commented on only by admins.

and finally...
Mastercheff. I'm a nub on the zm servers and i feel your pain. Lately there's been a lot of 'cade breaking, afk zombies, little teamwork, mic spamming/raging, etc. Now I just log on maybe for a map or two, then get off b/c it's no fun that way.

Lately I've been trying out the pub and gg servers. IBIS definately needs more people there.
