It's really not that hard.

Muting is pretty easy, and so are bans.

Beacons are as easy as typing @beacon name into all talk, and keeping the peace isn't hard.

Honestly, maybe I'm just on at the wrong times but you guys seem to be making it out to be harder than it needs to be.
