    Looks like it's just touched up. Definitely needs to be filled, but you can tell by the ink it's only a touch up.

    huh? a touch uped tatty looks new again, and crisp. that's not even faded due 2 time, it's like the artist forgot how 2 color within the lines or something.

    Nah that tattoo was done almost about 4 years ago. It was my first one. I didn't have him touch it up because it didn't need to be at that moment. I plan to get another big one like the one on my right arm. Then I will get Jupiter touched up to match the nice tat underneath it. Makes sense kind of? The only real reason why he touched up the one above my new one was because it was faded like the left one and he wanted my new one to match the color so it didn't look shitty.

    Really great guy though, cool as shit. I went down to the place and I ended up getting the store owner who did my tat. They even had a Monster Machine. I was in heaven :3

    That's what I thought. It looks old. I seen tats like that where years of exposure to sun etc and the ink fades overtime without touch up. Also depends on the aftercare procedure.
