Just because people are giving a newer person +1 doesn't mean that they get any more advantage. The application process still takes ages, therefor you have plenty of time to get to know the people who apply.

I understand that, I don't need a lesson. I'm just saying it's disappointing when more people are giving somebody who has been around less time than me +1's it shows how unloved I am
