1- ur computer should run it... all ur specs are higher than mine, except that i have an i7.
and i run it at medium high, so u should be just fine, gw2 is not too exausting, resource-wise.

2- yeah... paypal sucks with that bs... god knows how many times i lost admin just bcos of that shit.

3- not that i know of, well at least , not at the moment.

4- when you do get the game, MAKE SURE YOU CHOSE THE "Gates of Madness" Server! or else you cannot join us in game, and u'd be in ur own little world alone.

5- If you're new to gw2, i highly recommend guardian (my fav by far) or warrior for easy leveling, elementalist and mesmer are very nice too but they are the hardest to level.
Thief is also fun too necromancer is hard at beginning, but gets op in time. I personally gave up on it tho lol... and no one cares about the engineer :\
I never tried ranger, but i heard it got nerfed... and sidekick animals dont appeal to me.
this is all a personal opinion, but i did try them all lol, almost.
