we have upper lvl admins now, and the perma ban requests are handled by them quite fast, as well as unbans. I handle the admin abuse threads and manually track people down always for questioning and 2 get their side of the story... so this is really pointless. any 1 who is a regular on the forums checks threads when they show they have new content... and if you aren't a forum regular.. well calling the attention of someone who isn't ever on the forums is obviously pointless.
I prefer talking 1 on 1 with people... it gets things resolved quicker.
