I distinctively remember Rummy saying " That's it, im gonna fucking kill him every round then!" (talking about laggi).
And then jerm proceeded to tell him to ease off and to stop attacking his teammate, to which i THINK i remember him saying smthn around the lines of:
rummy : " what would u do about it ?"
jerm : "well, i'd ban you temporary for tking"
rummy : "well then i would get unbanned 20 minutes later!"
jerm :" yeah, because you;d have served your ban >_<"

Rummy im not sure what happened with you and lagi, but even if he punished you when it was their fault, it's not against the rules...
It's a shitty move, and it really comes down to the integrity of a player , but it's legit, same goes for nade round kills technically.
So next time please take it easy, inform an admin if you think someone intentionally killed themselves in ur crossfire to punish you, and we will handle it from there please.

No abuse from jerm, aka lagger killer. Only issued a kick after many warnings, usually grudge-TKing results in a 30 minute ban + . Consider urself lucky lagger wasnt being raped by yours truely in game yet:P or else you;d have been posting about smthn longer.
