So while playing Zambi's Donner Party, I hosted a few games on Whatsapp, thus I believe I have some experience modding

Anyway, this is a really different setup, it's kinda like it's not even mafia anymore

I'd like about 11 players, or around that many.

With 11 players, there would be 4 Mafia Goons and 7 VTs. Mafia would choose one VT to be the gunbearer (who is then, of course, confirmed innocent) and the gunbearer must choose one person to shoot. If they hit scum, the scum dies and the gunbearer still has the gun. If they attempt to hit town, the shooter dies and the VT they attempted to shoot becomes the new gunbearer. The article explains it well.

Town wins when all mafia have been eliminated. Mafia wins when the last VT is the gunbearer.

One thing about this is that votes hold no real value. There is no voted lynching and there are no nights. You can vote to guide/misguide the gunbearer, but ultimately, the shooting (lynch) is their sole decision.

I'm not sure if I'll allow the mafia to communicate yet.
