So I was kicked from the GG server...

Not a huge deal, don't need to start a fight... but we were on a map, everyone suggested (meaning more than half the players) to have the map changed and I thought I'd put up a vote. I even announced I was doing so. Without warning of any kind, I was kicked by (I think) maynard. I had to rejoin and ask why, he (maynard) said I can't change map if a more senior admin is on. That's fine by me. No quarrels there. I was putting up a map VOTE to be fair. The problem was that even other admins that were on suggested a map vote, which is why I started one. After I asked, maynard did explain that, so I suggested HE, as "senior" admin, start a map vote. He chose to ignore me and the others' suggestion (including the rtv that players started) and go to whichever map he wanted.

More rude than abusive, but I don't think people should be disrespectful just because they have seniority. If you disagree with me, fine. I just don't think that behavior is alright.

If anything I ask the question: is this server for just the admins or the players as well?

Read TOS again. If clan is in server or a senior admin, you have no grounds to start a map vote. Suggest as you want, but don't initiate the vote.

Rude or not, senior has choice of any map they want. Consider it a perk of admin. Of coarse changing the maps in an abusive way to steal ones win is frowned upon greatly and you should not do so.

I'm a clan member, not an admin. which means that when I join, you no longer have senior admin on the server, the only other people who challenge me for it are my fellow brothers within the clan and it's based on who was in the server the longest amongst the clan as it is for you admins.

ppl bitched about the map, you claimed you were going 2 change it when you did not have senior admin, steamer said that you need 2 ask me, you ignored that and tried changing the map, the vote was canceled and you were kicked as a warning.

I highly suggest reading the TOS, which is the contract you agreed 2 when you paid for admin and governs how you can use it as you were 100% in the wrong here.

0 abuse here as you were warned 2 ask me, and you did not. I was not rude and disrespectful 2 you at any point in time, I followed the rules 2 a TEE. this isn't the qq section of the forums, it's the abuse section if you have no claim, don't waste my time, and others.

If he was being rude I will keep this open so that you may attach a demo as evidence so we can see what was said and how people were acting. If not lets try to bring this issue to a close and lock this thread.

Goku is a great player, just a stupid misunderstanding here and a poor choice. Also this thread does not have proper format. For that last question, it's for everyone, but rules are rules.

2. Map changes will be dictated by clan members*** / the automated map vote. If there are no high ranking clan members on the server, the first admin on the server will have the privilege of changing the map to what he / she wants. However, this is not to be abused by rapid map changes.

the only time I spoke in the server is when he came back in and I said "you were kicked as a warning for trying 2 change the map when you're not senior admin" I think I mighta said "I'm clan, so when I'm on or any other clan, you don't have it" that's literally all I said.

so given I did not a single thing wrong and this thread has 0 format or proof, can you plz close it zero.... as there's no reason it should be open without format or proof 2 begin with.
