When fully leveled you would have a 33% chance to get the amount of damage you did divided by 3.5.
In other words you would have a 33% chance to get .2857[all 4 digits repeating]hp back for every 1hp of damage.

Race released to test server for final quality check and release. Things are pretty basic with this race and I could not remember if there were any particular special effects. If you would like to have or think there should be a particular effect for a given skill or at spawn let me know by posting in here and I can update the race. Otherwise this will be considered the final test release and it will be rolled up with the next big patch.
BTW, I am going to be updating almost every race in this weeks patch so be ready. This patch is meant to fix the issue of stacking abilities and to make all races use the same method for hit based skills.

Zeal at max level does not work right. I am getting this message
ZEAL: 300 speed for 0.000000sec
Ritural at max seems to be fine

Ok yea that is the expected result with the way it is programed. Sorry about that I will push out an update in a few min here.
