I have now removed the admin menu pert of the player votes mod. Please check that everything works correctly. I also want to ensure that the votemute applies the mute correctly and that it is maintained though multiple rounds.

Once this is done I am not currently aware of anything that is not working or of any feature that is missing. If there is anything that needs to be added or fixed please report that as well.
