In the end, all I want is an apology from disflux and an unban.
If you're going to be rude, and snide, then I will not offer you any apology no matter what the outcome of this ban might be, whether it stay as a ban or result in an unban. In my opinion, your cockiness does not help the situation.

I found that Tac was using ESP hacks, if you don't know what ESP hacks are, Zero posted a nice snippet of them here:

http://www.ibisgaming.com/forums/sho...o-find-hackers

I agree with what you said in some cases Joker, that the position of the CT's can be obvious. What I don't agree with is the fact that Tac said that he knows where the other team spawns depending on the spawn position of his own team. If you watch the round that starts around tick 6700, Tac literally runs crossword throughout the entire map, without looking in any direction other than forward. That round, he gets no kills, but his apparent knowledge of where the CT's are without needing to check corners is, like I said, uncanny.

At tick 3400 Tac decides to actually check a corner for somebody with a knife. Prior to this, like I had said, Tac barely checks any corners whatsoever, which I found strange because this entire game people were mostly knifing. There's no way Tac didn't know that the majority of people were only knifing, as people were talking about it in chat, and text. The 2 rounds or so that I played before going into spectator I had to literally check every corner in order to avoid getting knifed, but Tac seems to run along like it's nobodies business.

At tick 2000 Tac goes around the opposite side of a corner from his team-mate to "pincer" a CT player, but at tick 2180 his cursor pauses for a second as if watching the enemy player through the boxes, and instead of going left (which he seemed to intend to do), he instead goes right and ends up behind the enemy player, directing straight towards him.

I find it ridiculously uncanny as to how "observant" Tac is when it comes to where the majority of the other team is. I find that putting mat_wireframe 3 on actually helps to enforce my side of the argument more than it supports Tac's, as it shows how distanced Tac is from the enemy players and how conveniently he is able to just come in and clean up the mess.

Another thing, which Penis also noted on his post (which defended Tac not to get it confused with anything else), is that Deagle does not have a designated mini-map, meaning that you can only see player positions and not make out any lanes, boxes, walls, etc... This makes watching your mini-map a tad harder. Yes, you can identify a "general area" where people are. But couple that with what I said earlier about Tac not checking corners, it seems he all too knowingly tracks enemies.

There's what I saw and the reasons as to why I banned Tac. I will not offer Tac an apology if he gets unbanned because of his cockiness, but will instead issue him a first warning for his spray (a pink horse sucking a dick animated gif). See the rules for Sprays here:

http://www.ibisgaming.com/forums/sho...rver-Rules-1.7

Where it says:
"VIII. Sprays
1) A spray that contains "gay" images
A) Gay men or body parts
2) Disgusting images
A) Things that look really bad
a) includes BBW images designed to shock players
3) A spray that is sprayed after the user has been warned multiple times."

I will, however, offer an apology to the Ibis clan member that has to unban Tac if it is decided that he has to be unbanned. I'm sorry if I wasted your time, but I honestly felt that this was a hacking situation.
