I haven't rushed into this thread cause it sounds like you haven't really posted anything worth while... he changed the gravity (for all) for like 1 round.... and after being afk for a long period of time and the map had been running, he left and came back so he would be not at the starting lvl... which is what 90% of people would do if they were afk the first bit of a map... if he was leaving every few lvls and rejoining constantly it would be diff...

that's also not admin abuse as he's using no commands. I'm all for removing bad admins, would be nice though if you were reporting him for something worth while... not any little thing you can find... by the sounds of it, the only thing he did wrong was rejoin a second time.. will look into it later tonight, been busy...

also the vote poll was pointless... we don't do votes in admin abuse section.... nor does it matter what people vote for.

gravity is NEVER to be messed with...at least that's my interpretation of the rule. he did it RIGHT AFTER he got banned for abusing his admin powers, showing he didn't learn his lesson. and on lego, he didn't rejoin after being afk, he just got killed like 10 straight rounds, rejoined, then got killed a few more times and rejoined again. he's just bad and was exploiting to gain levels, and for no other reason.

the fact that you're acting like this isn't a big deal is kinda pissing me off to be honest. he's broken the rules time and time again, both of being an admin and of just playing on ibis servers. he has been punished for it and yet CONTINUES to do it, even though he has agreed to adhere to the rules. i have not seen one single legitimate usage of admin powers from this guy. he's foreign, can hardly speak english, and has no idea what he's doing in this game. he's not fit to be an admin for those reasons, much less the fact that he continually disobeys server rules. the ONLY thing he does with his admin ability is fuck around, and that's NOT the way an admin is supposed to conduct himself or herself. he's breaking rules...plain and simple. we've given him plenty of chances and he hasn't shown anything to say he's going to stop so why should we let him keep doing it? if i, or any other admin broke a single one of these rules, it'd be "don't do it again or you're outta here" not "ok well its not a big deal so whatever" which is what you're seeming to do for him for some reason. the only rule he hasn't broken is hacking and i think he's too retarded to break that one, thank god. if you can give me ONE good reason why he deserves to still have admin, enlighten me. i'm open to logical arguments but to me, he's seriously fucked up on too many "last chances" to just let it go.

just watched more demos of him from today, and i see him intentionally shooting at and occasionally killing teammates, being afk for 20 minutes in a server that was full most of the time, and afkamping with the scout. what i mean by afkamping is that as soon as he gets on the scout, he doesn't move at all during the round, just stands in spawn and tries to get kills, sometimes just shooting at his teammates for shits and gigs too. this makes it so that he can gain levels, but he can't give them to people who kill him. i figure well he could be on the phone...til he kills a teammate, gets slayed back to ak, then all of a sudden his legs work again! he is not USING any admin powers except the one that allows you not to be punished for his actions, however his use of this power to avoid being kicked or anything is abuse in my book. he also changed his name mysteriously to "Mitch Connor i.pizz.a" when he joined the game and penis was in there. he actually joined the map before, played a few rounds, left as soon as the map changed, came back a few rounds into the next map with a new name and wouldn't ya know it, penis was in there. coincidence? i don't think so.

tl;dr - teamattacking, excessive afk-ing (while not being able to be kicked), afk camping and shooting, to gain levels but not give them to other players, changing his name to avoid detection by other admins (penis).

i've been putting in work the last few days grabbing demos just to watch this guy cuz i KNOW every time i look, he's gonna be doing something wrong, whether its using his powers to fuck with the server or just doing whatever he wants cuz he can't be punished. and he knows he's not following the rules too, which is why he changes his name when another admin is present. maynard, it's clear that the entire community, including and especially all the admins i've talked to are sick and tired of this guy because EVERY SINGLE TIME he joins the server, he breaks a rule, or two, or three. even if he's not breaking admin rules in particular, he's breaking community rules and gets away with it cuz he decided to fork over $11. that's not what being an admin is about. btw i added the poll because i wanted to give a graphic demonstration of the community's opinion on him.

let me point out one more thing: if you watch this guy play, it's clear that he has 0 skill. he can't buy a kill, his kdr has been like .33 recently, and he shoots indiscriminately at his teammates, as if he can't tell who's on which team. not something you'd expect from someone with almost 1000 hours logged on css (which, oh btw, is almost twice as many as me.) this is either a front by him, just fucking around cuz he can, or the dude's 4 years old.

bluearena demo - you can see him leave at the start of the round under his normal name, then rejoin later under a pseudonym (Mitch Conner), cross reference the steam id's if you wish. then watch him play poorly, shoot teammates, sometimes intentionally and sometimes not. watch what happens when he gets on scout. then he afk's towards the end of the round, and into the next, where he's afk like 20 minutes, then leaves and rejoins. what's the point of sitting in spec, taking up a slot, if you're just gonna leave and rejoin when you get back?
