40 something, I might change it to the max difficulty to see if I still destroy everything. Also, with enchanting perks the cost reduction for destruction spells per enchant is 25%. You also add in the perk that allows two enchants on each item and you've got UNLIMITED POWAHHHHHHH!!!!

Also, it's apparent that no one has used/seen Lightning Storm to so quickly dismiss magic. Think the Kamehameha Wave from DBZ and you've got a good idea on what it looks like.
