Swedish website. It was the same way with Swtor CE edition, They put it up on the website when the game is announced even before the pre-order and cost info is released at sometimes a lower price then if you pre-order it then, the order remains with the said price even if they remove it from the website or update the price.

I will have my CE tmrw! I will then proceed with the box unwrapping in a dim, candle lit room, a boombox with a open cd tray in which i will insert my new soundtrack CD. I then will begin reading the Making guildwars book to my new charr statue, when this is all said and done i will make sweet love to my CE box and thank Arena net for taking my moneys.

Wait they're sending shit out for the pre-order? I thought it was just going to be beta access via email? I stopped paying attention to announcements.

Really? My understanding is that you get the Pre-Purchase Box with a register code that enables you to get into all beta weekends then when the game launches, you bring the box to the retailer for the real CE box. Atleast thats what the FAQ says.
*Collector's Edition (North America and Europe)—Customers will buy the Collector's Edition Pre-Purchase box and receive a Pre-Purchase serial code. They will then go to https://register.guildwars2.com and follow the on-screen instructions to create a Guild Wars 2 account and apply the serial code, which will give them access to Beta Weekend Events and three-day Headstart Access to the final game. When Guild Wars 2 launches, customers will need to return to their retailer with proof of purchase to receive the full Collector's Edition box with physical items and retail serial code. They will need to apply this retail serial code to their Guild Wars 2 account within five days to continue playing without interruption.

Wtf that is fucking lame. What if it releases when im in Afghanistan? Im pretty much screwed and wasted $150 THATS BULLSHIT, they should send the box when it is pre purchased.
