Is anyone doing crafting? I'm doing tailor (naturally, since I'm a squishy). I'm having trouble finding jute scrap. I'm salvaging everything and not getting enough to keep up with leveling. I'm stuck in limbo until I find enough to make shit.

Buy low level light armor from vendors or Karma vendors then scavange them.
Another alternative is also killing bandits in two Events outside Destiny's Reach in the Human zone or the Centaurs in the Human Starting Zone.
