New Mouse

Steel series sensei is my personal recommendation for claw grip style. I have used the razer imperator and logitech (mx revolution, g9, g500 ) and all broke in less than a years time from normal wear and tear and neither company would replace them even though it was faulty manufacturing. Steel series will replace my sensei if it breaks

Wow what I love about that thing is that you are given total control over all your sensor data! Now that is what I would love and if I had to lose side scrolling than that would clearly be the mouse to get. Too bad side scrolling is so dam hard to find.

everybody has these fancy fking mouses, and all i have is the mouse that came with my computer...

I don't have a fancy one. I just feel like blowing some more money for my new PC is all. this would be my first fancy mouse.

Razer naga...i swear by it. I dont even customize it. I just love how its the smallest mouse i could find.

Regarding the Sensei,

EXACTAIM: SLOW DOWN AND FOCUS
SteelSeries ExactAim will allow you to be more precise. Headshots anyone? As you slow down your cursor the mouse will decelerate even more allowing you to focus on your target.

EXACTACCEL: MOVE FAST, NO EVEN FASTER
SteelSeries ExactAccel does just the opposite as ExactAim. As you increase the speed of your mouse movement, ExactAccel will accelerate your movements even faster in order for you to move across your game or page faster.

Did they really just break mouse acceleration into two separate components and market them as amazing advancements in gaming? Not only is acceleration incredibly old news, it is also terrible, and they are terrible for doing this.

Yea I saw that lol, as long as it can be turned off that is all that matters. I like that you can adjust the lift detection but I do not like that you can not adjust the weight or have sidescrolling.

i had a mouse that allowed you to adjust lift detection, but it tracked terribly on a cloth mat which is why i switched back to a g400. it did track well on hard surfaces though and was pretty comfy. cyber snipa silencer if you wanna take a look at it.

That said, I'm too much of a clumsy player to accurately use the naga, although it does have a sick design.
That's why i bound those numbers to the side buttons of my G700 , now we're on even grounds bitch. <3

As for a COMFORTABLE MOUSE, @ZERO.
I still swear by the G700.
I have the G500 too, both of them are very comfortable and gd for gaming,

but the g700 is more mobile due to its dual wire/wireless mode, and 13 macro buttons.

The only 2 other things with "leveling" (and non-mmo) that i've ever done were WCS, and pokemon. edit: oh and skyrim... but skyrim doesn't have you mashing these many buttons...

its cool, I know you're not big into MMO's or have much time invested. GW2 amazed many people cause of how amazingly simplistic it is... so you complaining about the like 8 buttons made me lol
