We need your help avid players of the IBIS zombie world..
So as of the past 3-4 weeks our great leader Zero has been working on some new great ideas for the Zombie Mod in the IBIS server family. We would like everyone who plays in the server to please take the time to read this and leave Comments or concerns you may have about the fallowing..! all listed maps below may have roundtimes that need changed or maybe some bugs and even some glitch, some just flat out need to be removed because no one likes them or they are just never played due to them being to big or small, so please let us know what you like/dislike as well to help us better our IBIS Zm_world, thank you for your time.
The fallowing maps need repairs or time added and may even need removal
Ze_paradise_v1: The hang gliders glitch on takeoff and drop humans to the deaths instead of flying the person down to the helicopter below.
Zm_atix_helicopter_uefinal: this map may need to be removed, The nuke at the end of this map kills the players inside the blast safe zone leaving all who did not escape alive and killing all who did. I have tried to look this map up and see if that was the map makers intent but came up with nothing so if you know something about it please let us know?
Ze_space_stationzz: escape pods at the end of the map will sometimes glitch and drop all escaping persons to their Doom. I do know that a new version of this map is available so maybe we should see about updating this map to a new version?
Zm_euronews: Map causes spam in the console with error codes, This makes it hard for us to go back in the chat logs as well as overflow in the servers cash, So we may want to remove this map however it is a really fun cade map that everyone loves to play.
Ze_space_flight_v1_1: This map has 2 sections and I feel we may need a ruling because of humans early nuking the zombies, Section one has 2 pods one is for humans and one is for zombies and if the humans do not take their pod and then will take the zombies pod thus leaving the zombies behind on section 1 to be early nuked (I myself am guilty of doing this in the past). I feel we should force humans to take there pod to complete both sections. Also this maps time needs to be set to 8 min “currently its set to 5 min”
ze_infected_tramway_v2_1: This map needs to be set to at least 8mins “currently set to 5min”
ze_inflatration_final: This map needs to be set to at least 8mins “currently set to 5min”
ze_prototype_v2: set to at least 8mins, currently 5
ze_ztastic_v1_b: needs to be set to at least 9mins, currently 5
ze_indiana_jones_v4a_004: This map glitches from time to time near spawn and at the start of the underground path and people get stuck inside of the rocks and you cannot move or !ztele because when u go back to spawn u die. I have seen new versions of this map so maybe we should download a new version and remove this older one?
Zm_unpanic_v2: the props in this map have physics missing from time to time and zombies can glitch into them instead of pulling them out, If this cannot be fixed there are 3 more versions of this map and perhaps we should get one of them and remove this one?
Maps that should be removed because we have more than one or they are never played,or just disliked by all
Zm_wintercomplex_b1: This map has no place to hide if there is more than 15 people in the server, It is a sort of big map and the best cade rooms have way to many props in them and become almost unbreakable, it is also voted vary-poor by 90% who play it.
Zm_vc2_citybrawl_b1: This map is just overall a bad map with no places to hide, it is also voted 70% vary-poor by the players
Zm_bumfight_v2: This is a really small map with almost no places to cade/hide at all, Voted vary-poor by 55% who have played it.
Zm_policeprision_fixed_rnk: This map is just complete crap, No cades really wide open, Voted vary-poor by 90% who play it.
Zm_freakhouse_v3: only one room to cade, no real hiding spots. Vote very-poor by 65% of all who play it.
Zm_siberia_v2: zombie spawns before player’s can cade/hide due to this maps just having way to much open space and no places to hide really, vote vary-poor by 95% who played it.
Zm_dago_subway_v1: This map is massive, no cades yet it’s a Zm_map, Vote vary-poor by 90% who play it.
Zm_ghs_abdandon_mall: this version is older than the new one we have, it also has an illegal cade spot and the new one we have does not, it also has way less cade areas in comparison to the new version we have so I would say keeping it is worthless. Voted Vary-poor by 30% who play it, however we do have the new one and it is just overall better.
Zm_roflicious_b1: hardly played, and not vary fun overall, Voted vary-poor by 70% who play it
Zm_distant: Overall this map is just disliked by everyone, Voted vary-poor by 95% who play it.
Zm_rockymountainfacitlity_v1: this map is lacking any good places to hide/cade, Voted vary-poor by 70% who play it.
Zm_penumbra_extended: This map is disliked by the masses it has no good votes at all and is overall just a bad map.
Zm_minecraft2_b1: fail map is fail, players hate this map as all areas are open and within jumping range of the poison class no matter what, Voted vary-poor by 80% who play it.
Zm_exhitbit_night_26: We get a lot of the players saying this map is just too big and lacks any fun points, Voted vary-poor by 75% who play it.
Ze_ocean_base_escape_v4: This is a really fun map but it is voted vary-poor by almost everyone because when you reach the end of this level, a submarine is waiting to take you to safety but not till you hold the zombies off for 30 seconds, however the map does not proc right and the zombies and humans stay fighting instead of one team being teleported to safety.
Ze_resonance_cascade_v3: Again this map is voted great however in 2 areas the map changes the gravity to -10000 and is set to do this for 15 seconds however it will not proc back to normal gravity and even with rcon_gravity 800 it still does not fix it and everyone just dies, this does not happen all the time so we may just need to find a new version of this map “I looked could not find one but maybe you guys can”.
Ze_timeline_v4: This map is just really poorly made, in 3 areas the zombies are teled back to give humans a chance to run however the map maker must have coded it wrong and the zombies get let out of there hold before humans and get to kill almost everyone, if they do miss u the first time they get 2 more chances sigh such a good looking map but such poor crafting lol.
Zm_c2m_bad_neighbors: players hate this ma, it is too small, no place to hide/cade, Voted vary-poor by 90% who play it.
Zm_forgotten_place_v3: This map is almost all crouch cade spots and is just a real pain in the ass for admins because it is always so hard to make everyone fallow the 2 people per vent/tube per side rule, it is also really small and this adds even more to people breaking the rules around vent/tubes so I think removing this map is the best option, it is also Voted vary-poor by 65% who play it.
Ze_shadow-moses_7_9: we have a newer better version of this map so we should just remove this map.
Zm_aztec_ruins_v1: This again is a map no one ever seems to like as it is cramped in the areas where you can try and hide, no cades what so ever just crouch areas, and the lighting in the map is poor, Voted vary-poor by 60% who play it.
ze_isla_nublar_v2_1: This map seems to be disliked by everyone, as well there is a glitch at the end from time to time and the last door does not open.
Thank you again everyone for taking the time to look over this list, as it did take a lot of time to complete (but it will be worth it in the end) and I hope to see what great ideas are to come "OmegaWizKid<IbIs.a>..
