I get that I don't play WCS, but the rules just seem so... inconsistent reading the threads. What I guess I was really asking is what kind of demo would Jester have to provide to prove that Immune broke the rules? On a bomb map, how long would Immune have to sit in spawn for it to be considered an infraction? Jester said he was camping for '2 to 3 minutes' - clearly neither of us know how accurate that is - but on a bomb map, I guess the real question is what's a reasonable amount of time to complete an objective? Shouldn't the Ts be moving to bomb plant locations near constantly? If we state that 'killing the other team' is a viable objective, the rules against camping are pointless.

I get there are races where camping is advantageous (camping in CS:S and FPSes is, in fact, advantageous in general) but if you're going to condone camping and not completing objectives on one hand and have a rule against it on the other, I guess I struggle to make sense of why, other than 'so I can enforce it when I feel it's warranted,' which is a very subjective, and arguably bad, methodology to creating rule sets.

Note, there's no condemnation here, I'm just interested and perplexed.
