Again, it seems that the issue with the p90 is that it is a weapon that gets a lot of the better, lets call them finesse, players killed. Limiting items, abilities, or guns because it causes frustration for not being able to run around indiscriminately killing everyone is not going to balance anything, it will unbalance the shit out of it.
