Well Assassin, if I am 3rd Party, you have to take into account that I can be only a small handful of roles that would benefit town in the long run.

Yeah I know, there is only one role that I can think of that would make you useful to us, and you're smart enough to try and play it that way.

It's honestly better if Mafia eliminate me rather than town as you have a better idea of who to kill off. Plus lynching me serves literally no purpose.

Saying that pretty much just guarantees your safety from them. Plus it's better if we don't miss lynch a townie as compared to a known probably anti-town.

This doesn't state that there will be a lack of bastard roles. I would bank on there being at least 1.

A role being bastard entirely depends on who you ask. Certain roles are flat-out assholeish like Cult or Voteless.

Also take into consideration this. It's an ELECTION game that means there is a good chance there is at least one of the following:

Doublevoter
Vote Thief
Governor
Voteless
