Don't know if he really is an IBIS clan member or not since he doesn't have IBIS below his name. but i do know he steps away from his keyboard between gun fights to fist himself and apparently he's pretty fast at it.
any one who has already been VAC banned should also never be able to purchase and activate a CS:S game on any type of gaming machine again.
