in response to what people were saying about religion. i thought these were interesting, especially coming from thomas jefferson:

I am not comparing them to the past where gov used religion it starts as that and then they move to replace it with the state. If you study what Germany did the same was true. If they had won the war it would only be a few more years before organized religion was removed. Take for example the following religious lyrics taught to children:

Silent night! Holy night!

Always caring for us.

Adolf Hitler is Germany’s wealth

This is a prayer TO hitler note that it is not for him but to him because lets face it what is the difference between him and god in a nation where the state will replace the divine:

I am not trying to say anything about organized religion but what I am saying is that replacing a "higher power" with the state is the quickest way to lose your liberty.

Other than that religion has little to do with this topic. I was merely trying to demonstrate the links between past and current fascistic methods of indoctrination.

Here is some food for though: could you imagine what would happen if teachers wanted to show a video that demonstrated the fact that socialism has failed to work in every single nation that has used it. From the national socialism of the Nazis to the better known and more direct controlled methods of the soviets it has failed time and time again. Our current economic problems are a fine example of what happens when you try to dabel in socialism, let us not forget that one of the largest contributing factors to the housing crisis was made by our governments push for low income housing claiming that the American deam is to be given to everyone. This was accomplished though the community investment act and though changes in Fani may and Freddy mack that allowed them to buy junk bonds and repackage those as investment bonds rated for 0% risk.

We have all seen how people with money use that money to create small business that provide 70%+ of our gdp yet those "evil rich people" constantly need to "give there fair share". I guess creating and providing all those jobs was not enough was it? Our gov constantly wants to "spread the wealth around" yet I have never known a poor man to give me a job. At the same time this same gov enables big business so are they really for the little guy or is a few large corporations easier to control than small independent companies. This same strategy was implemented in Germany as one of the ideals of fascism, that being a form of corporatism. Germany unlike the USSR brought corporations under the wings of government so that they could be used to help enforce the govs ideals and act as a defense for the gov. Unlike in the USSR where the state business could do something bad in Germany companies that were found to do something wrong were suddenly separate from the gov similar to how Fani may and Freddy mack suddenly have no relation to the US gov as soon as problems arise.

As for the comments on the tides foundation, yes I do know exactly who they are and no the content is not surprising given that it is from an organization such as that. Maybe they could team up with their friends at acorn and make a video about the benefits of child prostitution over buying lunch at burger king.


As far as the content of the video goes there would be almost as much truth in me telling kids that if they jump off a building after taking acid a unicorn will come and let them fly around. While it is possible that this event may occur in their mind as they fall to there death it does not make the event actually real. Just like repeating lies over and over again does not alter the reality of their non existence.
