Sonic, I'll tell you what I tell every other admin to do.. Go into spectate and freeze whoever is breaking barricades (or whatever), and explain to them what they've doing wrong. (If you move them into spectate you won't be able to talk to them unless they have a mic, or you're in spectate.) If they don't respond, or respond with some disrespectful comment, and you're sure what they've done is wrong, that is when you ban them. I'd start with a half hour ban. You might as well just kick them if your going to do a 5 minute ban. But really, it should be a final resort.
