There are many ways to balance out this race stopping them from dropping noobs to their doom is not one of them.

like ive said multiple times. zero is aware of all of this, this is his specific rule, and with the ability 2 drop wards it is something you can counter. regardless of what people want 2 say here, it is very possible and easy 2 drop wards before the water kills you.

I have no argument at all that it is ZERO's rule and his call, though I think his specific input is needed here. My argument is with this quote, which is what you keep bringing out as a defense of Lychee's (alleged) actions.

In this very specific case - not with teleporting off cliffs, into water, etc. in general where the person playing Eye Ra is still alive, but where the person is intentionally and repeatedly killing themselves in doing so - there is no counter. Wards do not kill someone who is already dead. I already said that. I don't know how else to say that. I cannot understand how you can think wards are a counter in spite of that.

the thing about it that i dont like is that there is no way for you to survive being dropped in the water. at least with off a cliff there is a CHANCE you are in the right configuration to save your own ass. with water there is no chance of saving yourself, and as stated above, if retard is dead already, dropping wards is useless. and from the sounds of lychee's m.o. and his score posted earlier, he is usually dead before his victim.

It may be possible that he is violating a real rule because he is spamming it just to fuck with people. If you can not find anything in the rules against that I will look toward a change that does not ban using the summons in the places it can be used now but instead adjusts the way that spamming and player disrespect are defined.

I would like to throw in a comment about this summoning business, so Loka, if you come on and just ban someone without demo or watching a person play will that not be abusing your powers? I am actually helping my team but taking out players slowly which is completing the objective. If the bomb was planted and I was alive, so I would run and try to defuse it. I'm standing on the edge and summon them next to me, but it is not my fault if they walk back and fall into waters. Most of the time, if you were to ask me to change my race I would be happy to do so, but I refused because people were rude about it. Alot of times, someone rushes to kill me even before I get to edge. Sometimes I fall into water accidentally, but yeah that time when I was -13 and 20, I was just being a prick because I was also annoyed by a couple of people. just ask and I will stop.
