why does every single topic on the forums turn into a flame war between branches and divisions of the military?

lol. This is why I can't talk to a Jarhead. Always with a chip on their shoulder because they get the short end of the stick in all "5" of the branches. Do yourself a favor. You basically took the same amount of dedication as everyone else in the military. Don't pedestal yourself because you feel so "inferior" to everyone else. I have love and respect for Perry, scribbles, mikey, rape, Jigsaw (because he hasn't come with some condescending attitude such as yours), and look forward to serving. Definitely not with trashy egos like yourself, and there is a ton of you like this out there. Thanks for reminding me.

i just like how they try to say they arnt still a part of the navy. but who signs their checks? the navy. where did they come from? the navy.

as for the blanket comments about the army not getting stuff done, i dont agree or disagree. our command structure way overthinks shit in the afgan. but then again im not overly familiar with afgan. i do however know of MANY blue on blue engagements because marines are too stupid to know what a military convoy looks like. either that or they really just wanted to help out the terrorists.

as for my earlier post, i was mildly drunk and a bit raging i apologize for that.

also i dont get the "You're probably still a fucking boot" comment, jarhead lingo i guess?

dont make fun of the navy, yes they are all homosexuals, but they were an intregal part of world war 2 and most wars of the 20th century. just because they arent a huge part of the current conflict doesnt mean theyre worthless
