No need to be rude. If the admins learn, then I respect them for that, because we all start somewhere.

However, some of them don't.

None of them will learn. They believe that if they buy admin, they automatically have all sorts of respect and turn into dickwads.

I find admin is really given out too easily in IBIS. Sure it brings in a good cash flow, but whats cash gonna do for you when no one wants to play on the servers?
By screening admins, maybe putting an age limit so the levels of maturity hopefully rise, you can still have a decent sized admin population, but also retain the joy of playing on the servers. No new admin now adays cares what it really means to be an admin.
