How did he/she abuse:

I assume this guy is new. Came into the server and obviously i didn't notice him. He goes into the admin menu and puts up a map vote to change map at tick 28000. Map gets changed to Churches. I think people assumed it was a map vote for next map. Guy wasn't apologetic, said he didn't care and so I'm posting this thread. Just want to point out he had no tag and was not senior.
