As for the mod one, it does not send it to the moderators but the person who owns the thread or post. For example if a mod closed your thread you woulok d get a pm telling you. Likewise if they deleted your post you would get a message telling you.

zero if you want me to test backgrounds i can easy use my Http file server on my computer and edit it mimic the ibis site.... just need to show me where to put the image file link in line of code.... not much of a site coder
