I'm down as long as I get to be the Godfather.

I'd give it a go, but it seems to rely heavily on people keeping secrets, which may prove cumbersome. Especially with certain drunks, wink wink charm wink
I hit Brett right in the feels.
im down.
how long does this usually take?
and how exactly are "roles", actions and "events" carried out?
do we just pm the mod? or what happens exactly?
a sample scenario would be nice...
but either way, count me in. i like new challenges.
The 1st game will be basic vanilla setup with a theme I've yet to decide. Godfather is an advanced role and I'm sure we'll use it if we'll have enough people... Eventually. I'm just prodding to see if there's enough interest something like that here.
Sweet. This means we have 4 people currently for the 1st game - we need 3 more. It depends, but since this is a vanilla game with 7 people (and I think most people don't have THAT much experience) I'd guess it won't last longer than 2-3 weeks. Huge activity isn't required - in other games I've seen people post once or twice every 4 days and they'd be fun. The activity and the time will be down on the players (I may impose deadlines if it will be dragging)
Roles are assigned by PM's and sent to all players. This is a roleplaying game - you will all have specific win conditions which you'll need to go. Since this is a C9 game, the setup will be posted along with the game. Actions are taken at night (well, there are some day actions, but not in vanilla game) and events will be basically me posting day and night results (since, again, this is a vanilla game).
I can post a few links to sample games if you'd like.

If you're going to do this I would suggest we make different accounts for the players so no one knows who the person posting actually is. It would keep people from getting killed based off of things outside the game. At the end you can post who each character was played by and their role. When the game starts over you shuffle the characters to new people so no one will know who is who aside from what they post in game.
How exactly would you implement this, if you don't mind me asking? I don't really think we should take out the personalities of it either - most of them would come out eventually anyways. I think that most of us are mature and intelligent enough to be able to resist those urges...
Anyways, we've got 7 people, thus I'm making the actual game thread and will send out the roles.
Players: Cyber, Camichael, Spasm, Sin, What, Nemesis and Scribbles.
