Now in somewhat racist, if he's intentionally jumping with the ring to kill himself, report that. If he legit got the ring, jumped off when he clearly knew he wouldn't make it, or clearly threw the ring away, i'll personally look into it. Just give me a day/time you played. Other than that, we can't really enforce any punishment to those who do not help.
I NEVER intentionally throw the ring away or suicide with it. When I suicide on Moria I only do this when I'm 99% sure the situation is completely hopeless, and I'm almost always right too.
