wait we use 100tik? I thought we gave that up after the OB update. OB update made 100tik unstable

this is right, we run a 66 tick server. and 100 tick servers don't exist anymore because it's very unstable and they have to run a script in order to get it up to 100 tick. I'll review this later.

My apologies on assuming 100 tick. Hell of a server for 66 tick. What kind of hardware is used for this server? Never saw a server display latency under 5 for non-LAN users.
